Rachel S #525-Excellent I didn't know what kind of thread I needed (I am completely ignorant of sewing-related information), so I emailed SewSilky and received a detailed reply immediately. I then asked several other questions (via email) and the SewSilky representative was always quick to respond and incredibly informative. I even asked about something that wasn't on the website and SewSilky sent it to me as well (which made a huge difference to me since I live overseas). I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.
J Barringer #486- Sew Silky was very helpful in answering my quiestions about their products. In addition, the item was shipped in a very timely manner and lots of goodies were included.
M Sloan #490- Site was easy to use. Prices were reasonable. Also enjoyed that the SIte was "no frills" in the sense that I didn't have to wade through a lot of distracting graphics, even though I noticed that the site was nicely designed. I would look at it again and recommend it to my colleagues.
